Action for Recovery Course (ARC)
Going round and round in circles, overwhelmed by the chaos in your life?
Family Drug Help runs a six week educational course to provide you with knowledge and skills to better understand the complexities of addiction. It explores ways of improving your relationships, offers simple strategies for coping with anxiety and depression and helps you plan a positive future.
